Finexpress Hexagon Copper Nut Brass Material
Dimensions: M3-M10
Standard Designation: DIN 934-1987
Material Grade: Brass
Head Style: External hexagon
DIN 934-1987
Copper nuts are mainly hexagonal nuts or other copper nuts that match bolts.
Copper nuts have the advantages of anti-corrosion, easy heat conduction, strong electrical conductivity and not easy to rust. They are generally used in high temperature, electrical, thermal and rust-proof environments, such as electrical switches, faucets, valves, etc.
Another main use of copper nuts is injection molding. After heating, they are directly molded or embedded into plastic parts.
Brass has good thermal conductivity. If the copper nut is heated and then embedded, on the one hand, the heated copper nut can quickly transfer heat to the plastic part, and on the other hand, the copper nut can quickly heat up and speed up the work efficiency, thereby softening the periphery of the plastic hole, which is conducive to pressing into the hole.
